  • "Products" – All goods listed on our platforms, including phone accessories, daily essentials, beauty items, and other merchandise.

  • "Services" – Includes product delivery, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase from us.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, prices, and images for all products.

  • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, device settings, or manufacturing batches.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All prices are in Kenya Shillings (Ksh).


4. Ordering Process

  1. Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or in-store.

  2. Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after payment (unless otherwise agreed for cash-on-delivery orders).

  3. Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, refund, or backorder option.


5. Payment Terms

  • We accept M-Pesa Paybill, bank transfer, and in-store cash/card payments.

  • Online orders require full payment before dispatch unless cash-on-delivery is available in your area.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide in Kenya.

  • Delivery Fees: Calculated based on location and weight/size of items.

  • Delivery Times: Typically within 24–72 hours for Nairobi orders; other regions may take 2–5 working days.

  • Delays: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control.


7. Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Return Window: 48 hours from the time of purchase or delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened beauty products or cosmetics

    • Personal-use items (e.g., earphones, tumblers) for hygiene reasons

    • Discounted/clearance items

  • Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds—only exchanges or store credit, unless the product is defective.


8. Warranties & Liability

  • We do not manufacture the products we sell and therefore provide no warranties other than those offered by the manufacturer (if any).

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries caused by misuse of our products.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our platforms—including images, product descriptions, logos, and designs—is owned by Mhenga or used with permission.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.


10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used only to process orders, deliver products, and improve our services.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill your order.

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation between you and Mhenga.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under Kenyan Law through the appropriate legal channels.
